How can I pay?
Payments are always by credit card using the SagePay payment gateway. This supports all major credit cards except American Express. We don’t accept PayPal, direct transfers or cheques.
What are my delivery options?
Delivery options are dictated by UPS. These range from next day to slower and less expensive options. You can select your preferred option during the checkout process.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders received before 3:00 pm UK time for goods that are in stock will be dispatched the same day.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes! UPS deliver almost everywhere. Please call us on +44 121 511 0400 if you are having trouble seeing your destination country.
Where is my order?
Our Internal Sales Team can give information by phone on +44 121 511 0400. You can also email firstname.lastname@example.org to find out more about your order. We don’t have online order tracking yet.
Help! I’ve made a mistake on my order!
Don’t worry. Call us as soon as possible (on +44 121 511 0400) and talk to our sales team. They will have visibility of your order and will be able to amend where necessary.
What are your opening hours?
We are open 08:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday to Friday. Our warehouse shuts earlier on a Friday, at 3:15 pm, so orders must be placed by 2:00 pm in order to be dispatched same day.
We are closed for all the major UK bank holidays and for a period over Christmas (we will release specific Christmas closure dates in November).
I’m not sure if this is the right product for me
Give us a call! We have a dedicated sales team that know the products and the applications. We can talk you through your selection and suggest an alternative product if there’s one more suitable.
What if an item is out of stock?
Give us a call! We may have the flexibility to move stock around, or we will be able to tell you when we are expecting the next shipment. Our sales team are dedicated to getting you the right solution, so don’t give up if the product you need is listed as ‘Out of Stock’.
